Community Engagement and Partnerships

Community Engagement and Partnerships are about the important relationships that help Hamilton Urban Core to reach out, engage, involve, work with, and service people across communities and neighbourhoods. This involves working collaboratively with people with shared interests or needs or similar situations to address issues affecting their health and well-being.

It is a dynamic process that often serves as the catalyst for change that will benefit and improve the health of the community and its members.

Partnerships are also an integral part of the engagement and change process.  Collaborative partnerships provide a working infrastructure that may help in mobilizing resources and influencing systems, and changing policies, programs, and practices.

Update of various community engagement and partnership activities, information and updates will be provided in this section.
