Hamilton, ON – September 12, 2025 – Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre (Hamiltom Urban Core) proudly announces its 30th Anniversary Gala to be held on Friday, November 28, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Marquis Gardens, 1050 Rymal Road E, Hamilton, ON, L8W 3N6.

Founded in 1995, Hamilton Urban Core has been a cornerstone of equitable healthcare in Hamilton, delivering primary health care, health promotion, and mental health and addiction services to individuals and families marginalized by systemic inequities. For three decades, the organization has stayed true to its mission, “Strong Core, Healthier Lives.” This means meeting people where they are, physically, emotionally, and socially; and ensuring that every door is the right door for compassionate, comprehensive care.

The anniversary gala themed “30 Years of Advancing Care, Equity, and Innovation,” will bring together community leaders, partners, clients, and supporters to celebrate Hamilton Urban Core’s rich history and collective achievements. The evening will honor the organization’s transformative journey while spotlighting its vision for a future where equitable healthcare is accessible to all.
