Twice-monthly workshop where participants plan and cook a healthy meal at the HUC. Education on budgeting, shopping, and preparing health meals while reducing social isolation and addressing food access.
Sessions are facilitated by the Community Health Worker and the Primary Health Care Nurse. The sessions provide education to the community on COVID-19.
