The Primary healthcare team is a part of the Greater Hamilton Health Network (GHHN) OHT Primary Care Network and works with varied health system partners to provide needed care for patients; working closely in collaboration with other predominant community services and health networks to provide patients with most appropriate team members to care for their specific health concerns.

Harm reduction provides supervised injection services to address the opioid crisis. It offers integrated, wrap-around services that connect clients who use drugs to primary care, treatment, and other health and social services.
