Hamilton Urban Core offers a wide variety of Primary health Care services including specialty services such as: Chiropody; Dental; Palliative Care, Chiropractic clinic and Diabetes Services. The Primary healthcare team is a part of the Greater Hamilton Health Network (GHHN) OHT Primary Care Network and works with varied health system partners to provide needed care for patients; working closely in collaboration with other predominant community services and health networks to provide patients with most appropriate team members to care for their specific health concerns.

In addition, different health and wellness programs and clinics run throughout the year: immunization clinics; flu clinics; blood pressure clinics, smoking cessation, and Diabetes programs are just a few. Due to the extraordinary work of the interdisciplinary team, Primary Health Care at HUCCHC is focused on providing medical services to those individuals who are often left behind by the traditional systems.
