How can we help?

How can I book an appointment?

Call 905-522-3233, email [email protected] or visit the centre in person. Registered clients can also use the secure booking options above.

Do I need an OHIP card to access services?

Many services are covered by OHIP, and HUCCHC also offers programs for people without health coverage. Contact us to discuss your circumstances.

What services are available at HUCCHC?

HUCCHC provides primary health care, mental health support, harm reduction, chronic disease management and community health promotion.

Are there services specifically for newcomers to Canada?

Yes. HUCCHC offers settlement services and health-promotion programs for newcomers, including orientation to the Canadian health-care system.

What are the clinic’s hours of operation?

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 9am–8pm. Wednesday: 1pm–5pm. Friday: 9am–5pm. Third Friday: 9am–8pm. Third Saturday: 10am–2pm.

Is the facility accessible for individuals with disabilities?

Yes, the centre is wheelchair accessible and strives to accommodate individuals with various accessibility needs.

How can I get involved or support HUCCHC?

Community members can get involved by volunteering, donating, or participating in community programs. Contact the clinic for more information on how to contribute.
