Dear Neighbour,
Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre (HUCCHC) is pleased to invite you to join our Neighbourhood Liaison Table for the HART Hub Residential Treatment and Recovery Services, located at 276 Aberdeen Avenue.
The Neighbourhood Liaison Table will serve as a space for open dialogue, collaboration, and shared understanding between Hamilton Urban Core, local residents, and community partners. It will provide an ongoing opportunity to share updates, exchange feedback, and strengthen community relationships as we continue to develop and operate the Residential Treatment and Recovery Program.
