The Malité Centre of Excellence and Innovation Hub is Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre’s dedicated platform for advancing health equity through knowledge exchange, education, and research. Designed for community members, healthcare providers, staff, and partners, the Centre offers an accessible, centralized online space for learning, collaboration, and innovation.

Through the Malité Centre of Excellence, users can access a wide range of learning opportunities across key priority areas, including primary care, Black health, mental health, substance use health, refugee and newcomer health, health promotion, and harm reduction. Within these areas, the Centre supports the sharing of best practices, culturally responsive models of care, and evidence-informed approaches that address the unique needs of marginalized populations and advance equitable health outcomes.
