Dear Aberdeen Residents,
On behalf of the Hamilton Urban Core Community Health Centre, thank you for attending our Community Engagement Open House to discuss feedback related to the HART Hub Residential Treatment and Recovery Program at 276 Aberdeen Avenue.
We truly appreciate your time, openness, and willingness to engage in meaningful conversation about this important community initiative. Your thoughtful questions, feedback, and insights play a vital role in helping us shape a program that meets the needs of vulnerable communities while safeguarding the safety and well-being of all residents.
The discussions and ideas shared during the session demonstrated a mutual commitment to supporting wellness, recovery, and inclusion for all residents.
At Hamilton Urban Core, our goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment that promotes healing and hope for individuals on their recovery journey, while also strengthening the fabric of the community we serve. The input we received will directly inform our planning as we move forward.
In the coming weeks, we will share a summary of the key themes and next steps discussed during the Open House, along with details about future opportunities for continued engagement.
Once again, thank you for your participation, partnership, and care for your community. Together, we are building a compassionate and resilient Hamilton that we can all be proud of.
Warm regards,
Dr. Sandy Ezepue
